When it comes to writing blog entries, we’re the first to admit that we don’t post enough. We get so caught up servicing our clients events, we don’t make time to add new posts and keep writing updates about what’s happening in the company. It’s something we’re actively working on and we hope to get better at over time.
That said, today we have some huge news that will hopefully make up for our laxed blogging. We’ve been hard at work over the last six months on a number of things that we’d like to share with you today.
So what’s new, you say?
We have a new website design and layout
As you’ve already noticed by now, today we’re launching a new website design. The sleek, modern design provides an updated layout of our services, a better representation of our company brand. You’ll notice an updated portfolio section with some of our past work and the addition of our new webcasting platform…
Meet Kastio, our new webcasting platform
Kastio has been six months in the making and we’re now launching the private beta of the software with the public beta ready for the beginning of October. Kastio is a beautiful webcasting platform that we’re excited to use with all our clients. Within Kastio you’re able to setup your own webcasts, broadcast from any encoder, and stream to viewers around the world. Features include PowerPoint syncing, custom landing pages, mobile compatibility, as well as live chat, questions, and social sharing. Kastio is a huge release for us, and we encourage you to sign up for a free trial and try Kastio for yourself.
We’re opening operations in Vancouver, BC
With many events taking place in Vancouver Canada, we’re going to be opening up operations in Vancouver to better service our clients our west. We’re taking bookings now for November when we expect to be operational. For our western clients, this will mean there are no additional costs for our Toronto team to come out to Vancouver. This way we can provide the same packages and pricing in BC as we do in Ontario.
Our new demo reel is here!
As part of our new website design, we’ve also updated our demo reel with many of our recent events. It paints a better picture of the level of production we can provide for our clients and the full range of events that we cover on a daily basis.
We now offer a 100% guarantee on our webcasting services
Client satisfaction is paramount to us and as such we’re pleased to announce that we’re now offering a 100% money back guarantee on all our webcasting services.
If your webcast fails for any reason, and it’s our fault, you don’t pay a cent for our service AND you still receive the archived copy of your event. This means you’re covered from any equipment failure or technician error on our end, including through our platform Kastio.
With this peace of mind, you can be certain that your event is going to run smoothly and free from the technical issues that our industry sometimes faces. For more details on our guarantee, please contact one of our account representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We refined our packages and lowered our base pricing
Last, but certainly not least, we’ve revamped our webcasting packages with even more included features. In addition, each of our packages now include access to Kastio for a full month. On top of this, our Standard Package now has a lower base price to better fit the needs of clients producing smaller events.
We’ve also implemented a new, easy to use quote form to get a quick, customized quote for your event depending on the package that suits you best. Our goal is to turn around quotes within 12-hours so you won’t have to wait long to find out exactly what the cost will be.
As you can see it’s been a busy few months for us, and we’re tremendously excited to bring these new enhancements to our clients. If you have any questions about any of these new announcements, or would like further information on our services and how webcasting can work for your next event, please contact us at 1-888-908-7124 or contact@
